Bone cancer? pls... i'm scared... 13yrs old?

Okay, so it is on my right top side of my rib cage. It is the first bone below my neck on my right side. It is centered near the middle or heart and the bone keeps throbbing with pain. It is a pinpointed location and when I rub it a little it starts to have pain. I am really scared. There are no bumps or anything, just the pain. Is it cancer? My grandfather and my grandmother had cancer... It's been hurting for a week now.
