Should I be concerned that my wife of 7years does not help at all around the house?

Not only does she not help around the house but she complains to me constantly about being tired. And as soon as her USPS coworkers decide to go out she suddenly has enough energy to go out with them while Mr. Dependable stays home with the kids.
