How do you beat Dialga in Mystery Dungeon: Explorer of Time?

I have a Skitty and Piplup ( lvl. 44). My Skitty knows wide slash, thunderbolt, iron tail, and shock wave. Piplup knows brine, whirlpool, drill peck, and hydro pump. I don't have any reviver seeds.
