Diaper rash or something more?

My 17 month old daughter has been having a lot of dirty (poopy) diapers for the last few weeks. I mean like 6 and 7 a day. They aren't always full, but they stink really bad and are pastel to bright yellow in color. She's had a diaper rash on and off for the last few weeks. So bad to where she screams when I try to wipe her. Last week it got better, I tried everything on it though. diaper rash creams, powder, letting her run naked for a bit, and giving her warm baths to help get it clean since she would hardly let me wipe her with wipes. Well this week it has gotten bad again. Now she has what looks like little blisters on her , close to her . I called her doc, they make you wait for them to call you back. So I am waiting for a nurse to call me back and give me some advice or tell me to bring her in. I just wanted to know if anyone else has seen this, or if there are any nurses on here that can tell me anything.
