Does A-Rod deserve to be in Monument park at Yankee Stadium?

A-Rod will have great stats and be a first ballot HOF'er. But should he be in Monument Park one day? Do you think the Yankees will put him in with his past Steroid use? He migh put up great numbers but steroids will universally put a cloud on his achievements. Will the Yanks honor him one day? Or choose not to put him in?
