Why is my guitar buzzing?

I was playing on a squire bullet strat before and I got a ton of buzzing. So I finally got around to upgrading my guitar the other day and now I play on a ESP ltd Deluxe EC-1000. (Awesome guitar by the way) But I still get a little buzz. The buzzing gets louder and softer if I move my guitar in different angles, it does not go away if I put my hands on the strings. My set up is my ec-1000 plugged into a Line 6 Floor Pod Plus plugged into a pretty cheap $80 60w. peavey amp. So what is making it buzz? Is it the guitar, the amp or the cables? I am considering new cables because I have pretty cheap ones now. But I don't want to buy new ones if its not going to help at all. Thanks =)
