Why do White women get so shocked when non-White men reject them?

I wouldn't know as to vice versa ask I never ask out white person. I think in my entire 23 year life span, I've only asked out 3 white women all of which were at the request of my dad who kept haring me to go ask them out so I did to make him happy. Other than that, slews of white women have hit on me and flirted me up pretty aggressively but haven't asked me out directly ever and that's the way I prefer it as I don't want them. I will say came very close to asking out a black woman yesterday at the grocery store
