Trying to get pregnant?

Hi I'm 29 years old. I have been trying to get pregnant for the past year with no success. The problem is that I had one ovary removed due to a dermoid cyst and the other ovary is polycystic. Because of the polycystic ovary, I have been having irregular periods, sometimes 12 day periods and getting them 6 days before the date or once I had them twice in one month. Other than that I have tried Clomid and even tried IUI but they were unsuccessful. Also, after the surgery to remove my cyst, I had a son who is at this time three and a half years old, by the blessing of God. What are my chances of having a second pregnancy? Also, what should I do now, since I have already tried fertility drugs and IUI. Another thing is that I had an ultrasound for follicular tracking and as it turns out my remaining ovary is producing small follicles.
