Is Obama trying to "bribe" older voters with $250 checks?

I received his tax cut check last year. When I filed income tax I discovered I had to give the entire amount back. So it will be with this check. The older people will not be fooled by this shyster again. He cut billions from our Medicare and now he cut millions from food stamps to give to the rich teachers. And the silly liberals still like this lying idiot.
