Can someone please help with public transportation from West Chester, PA to Blue Gr Road in Phil., PA?

I live in West Chester, PA and have an interview next week at the Interstate Bakeries Corporation aka Wonder Bread/ Hostess which is at 9801 Blue Gr Road, Philadelphia, PA 19114. Can someone help with specific public transportation instructions such as buses and or trains to take to get me close or hopefully really close to the door of the company? Thank you.
