Car won't start, help!?

Do this test: Turn on the headlights then start the engine. If the lights dim or go out, it may be a poor battery connection. Have the cables checked and cleaned. Otherwise, the cause may be a a bad ignition switch, or a faulty starter relay or solenoid.
