Could I possibly get pregnant?

I started birth control yasmin 2 weeks ago my doctor said that i would be ok to have unprotected after 7 days, we waited 6...but then I read the pamphlet and it said nothing about the quick start 7 day start. Was the seven day start sometime in the middle of my cycle ok or could I possibly get pregnant?
