Did you dread your upcoming baby shower?!?!?

Initially yes I did because I dont like getting gifts, that might sound weird but I dont like for other people to feel they need to give me things and that is exactly what a baby shower is. In the end I ended up enjoying it, my friends were there and aunties and aunts-in-law and it was nice to be around them. How come they are throwing you a shower for your 4th baby anyway? I thought its meant to be a one time thing
