I need a break from baby!!?

I have a 3 mth almost 4 mth old (16ks old) who is really needy. She doesn't like to be put down for very long and screams and cries until I pick her up again. She was getting better at sleeping at night, maybe waking up 2 times throughout the night, but now she wakes up every 2 or 3 hours. I am so tired. I can't devote every minute to her because I also work at home. I get so fustrated with her ( I feel bad when I'm angry at her)and I have no one to help me! My husband is deployed for 6mths and I have no family where I live. I only have a few friends and they are way too busy to come help me. I don't know what to do. I just want a break!
