I need help!! Family problems..?

ok so i am 14 and me and my 17 year ols sister liv with our dad and step mom and 2 step siblings. We see our mom twice a week. our dad is terrible. he calls me a slut all the time (so does my stepmom) and i have never even kissed a boy. one night i was out till 7 (my curfew is 10) but he got so mad he banned me from talkin 2 my bff i was with that night and i can't talk to ANY boys. today i found out THROUGH FACEBOOK my stepmom is buying a dog when we don't even have enuff $$ to pay for school registration. When i asked "are we getting a dog" she teplied " I am" she is sooo mean to me! and my dad nver sees any of it like wen she says i should be on girls gone wild. I AM NOT SLUTLY AT ALL!!! I don't get it! and thats not even half of wat else they do. Me and my sister are done. WE Want to go live with our mom but- she is a bartender so she won't be home at night, she doen't have the greatest frineds and her guy friends scare us. and when my sister told my dad we wanted to move the 1st time he begged us to stay so we did, well now he says fine leave wenever you want, bt dont think u can take any of your stuff. i don't know wat to do. Any suggestions?? Oh and my step mom has mental problems and takes LOTS of medicie...
