Is my boss allowed to demean me in work?

You do not say where you are but holiday and sick pay are benefits that are given out at the discretion of the employer. You are not entitled to them. That is unless you have a contract or union protection. This is in the US. The pay issue you could report to the labor board but you can bet he will find another reason to fire you if you go this route. Get a new job but rude bosses are everywhere.
