Journal article that contains detailed information on process of archaeological excavation?

Does anyone know of any journal articles that has to do with process of archaeological excavation, or contains detailed information on it (could be some new find, but the article has to include how they excavated). The article -has to be peer-reviewed and scholarly- (ie, from a trusted scholarly database), not some random article by anonymous found on a web page or encyclopedia, and relatively new (like 1990s or after).
