OK sega genesis questions about game?

Ok so when my bro was a kid he played sega genesis in particular a game called mutant league football, now i was hoping to get him both a genesis and mutant league but couldn't, all prices on that game are 30 and over because its older and vintage does anyone have a cheaper version or where i can find one?
