Should Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi try to p a constitutional amendment on national health care?

Such amendment will delegate the power to Federal Government to operate national health care plan, and the power to use taxes for propping up such scheme, and will legitimize their otherwise criminal plans of nationalizing health care industry.
