Utah and Boise St. both have past BCS Bowl wins; why are they still getting disrespected?

Why do you say they are getting disrespected? Neither team is in a conference with an automatic BCS bid. Utah will get an at-large bid for sure. Utah is currently ranked #8 and Boise is #9. How is that disrepectful? Do you really believe they are better than the top 7? I don't. I give them props for their undefeated seasons, but seriously, look at their schedules compared to the top 7. It's a no-brainer.
