Where should I go to get my ears pierced?

I got my ears pierced for the first time when I was 6 at the mall and now I'm 14 and want to get my second hole pierced. I don't know where to go to get them pierced because I want to go somewhere where they are very careful and clean with their equipment but also not too expensive. At my local mall they have Fire and Ice, Merle Norman, and Claires who all pierce ears. If you know anything about those places and their performance on ear piercing or any where else help is greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
