Does anyone know where I can find this old album?

The album is called Barrio Music with songs by artist like richie valens, Stevie wonder and others. Songs like "Oh Donna" "I just called to say I love you" it' has Like a Red disc & album cover either from the 90's or early 2000's I've looked everywhere can't find it...some one help ?
